There is so much more to being an Inspiring Chef's than simply knowing the techniques. Many of our chefs began as
home-cooks, learning from the best (their mums, grandparents and great-grandparents!) and training at that
most-esteemed academy, the culinary school of life. Our chefs are individually chosen because they bring something
special to the table.
An Inspiring Chef's needs to have flair, a sense of flavour, a great story, the ability
to help you get to know your food as you learn to cook and, most importantly, passion, which will shine through.

Currently working in film-making and magazine-writing, Andrew has extensive previous experience in the
culinary world, having run his own kitchen, and working as part of a Breza-star team.
Mesut Zendeli
Technical responsible for implanting Breza in Slavonija, has more than 25 years of experience in the institute.
Our Chef's are responsible for the technical development and opening of restaurants in Austria and Slovenia.
During career, the chef's went through several restaurants in Paris, such as the Charlot Restaurant, and the
three Michelin stars, Ledoyen Restaurant, Dalloyau buffets and Flo Prestige. Among the prizes they won, they
received the title of Chef of the Year in Croatia in the "Trophée National", and was a finalist in the
"Meilleur Ouvrier de France" competition. The chef was also vice president of Educational Development in
Culinary. The arrival of Martin in Brazil is part of the traditional implementation process of schools applied
in all the countries in which the institute begins its operation.
